Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic kitchen prep to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a culinary role or food service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential.
