We are looking for a skilled and reliable Sushi Chef who is passionate about Japanese cuisine and takes pride in their craft.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi and other Japanese dishes with precision and consistency in a timely manner
• Ensure freshness, proper preparation, and storage of all ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Communicate supply needs to management
• Work with back-of-house and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience as a Sushi Chef and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques
• Familiar with proper food handling, storage, and rotation
• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual and a team player
• ServSafe certified (or able to become certified within 30 days) for food and alcohol.
