Self Storage Consulting Group (SSCG) is the leading provider of self storage third party management and we have an opportunity for a full-time Maintenance Technician for our facility in Turlock, CA.

The candidate will be an independent, self-starter who has excellent janitorial and maintenance skills. Responsible for light maintenance on storage property and the cleaning of storage units.

*NOTE: Must have reliable transportation and Vehicle Insurance

What You Will Do:
-Pulling weeds and removing debris
-Keep outdoor areas and walkways clear of trash and debris
-Perform minor repairs and Assist with maintenance projects as required
-Multi-task and manage multiple projects
-Will supervise projects with vendors and day to day processes of the Storage Facility
-Train new Maintenance Technicians at multiple locations
-Help prevent maintenance related problems before they arise

Qualifications:

-Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to work with small electric hand tools
- Must have the ability to multi-task and manage projects in a timely manner
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions

Pay: $18

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 2pm
